Triptych Bowl Protoype 1 of 1 - Coming Soon

A triptych is an ancient art composition whereby artwork is displayed on three panels. This collection gains its name from the three folded panels which act as feet for the foundational bowl form. 

The patina is carefully applied by hand. Each green "ring" comes from a brush dab followed by a torch to immediately burn on the finish. Hundreds of dabs build to the final color density. Finally the surface is sealed with warm wax for longevity and stability. 

Patina is a surface treatment and susceptible to mistreatment. The finish can not be touched up afterwards. Please use for decorative purposes only. Do not use metal polish of any kind. Surface not for direct contact with food.
