RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final at checkout.
- We do not offer refunds. Pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of delivery or pick up. All returns for store credit require pre-authorization via email and must be in original, unworn condition and properly packaged with tracking and insurance (for the original price) at customer’s expense.
- Returns shipped without pre-authorization or not according to instruction will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for shipping issues of any kind once a package is in the carrier’s possession, initially or upon return.
- All international orders are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
- Custom work requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to start fabrication and final payment is due upon completion.
- Custom work sales are final and are not refundable or exchangeable for store credit.
WARRANTY POLICY
- 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects
- We reserve the right to deny repairs due to mistreatment, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Contact us for repairs.
- Repairs done by anyone other than Dana DiPlacido automatically voids the warranty.
SHIPPING POLICY
- In stock items typically ship within 3 business days.
- Allow up to 14 business days for out-of-stock/ back-ordered, or made-to-order pieces
- Custom work is independent from standard shipping policies.
- Most orders ship USPS Priority
- Rush service can be available depending on the item. Please contact us.
